After years of dealing with numerous website design companies I was left feeling disappointed and frustrated. I knew how badly our business needed a website – after all, nowadays, what business functions to its fullest potential without one? 
In the beginning I thought having a website built would be easy: find a company, provide them with an idea of what you want, provide your information and up it goes. But I soon discovered that having a website wasn’t an easy process at all! There was a lot of time and effort on my end to re-format our information, to constantly proof the site, and to make sure the website was always up to date. It seemed like we were always handing over money for a site that was never complete. There were always errors to deal with and it just seemed to be a long process that never resulted in a finished, fully functioning and professional website. It had gotten to the point for me that I was ready to throw in the towel and give up. I was always frustrated and exhausted with having to deal with constant problems and the demands on my time.
Luckily, we were referred to Mark Roknich and his company, Location Marketing, Inc. It feels like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Mark has made building a website an easy and enjoyable experience. Once Mark took over, everything immediately fell seamlessly into place. Our new website looks great, and I always know that Mark is on top of everything, sometimes two steps ahead of me.
Mark is both efficient and accurate. He is always accessible and more then willing to help. Mark has been very patient with me and always finds a way to implement whatever it is that I want done to the website. He is creative and always has our company’s best interest and brand imaging in mind.
Mark is very dedicated to his work and is very informed and professional. He is always looking for new ways to improve our website and promote it so that it is used to its fullest potential. And I can choose how much or how little involved I want to be in maintaining and updating the website. In my opinion, Mark always goes above and beyond in everything he does for us and I am very grateful we found him.
And…sorry ladies – I hear he’s taken!

Our new USBA website is by far more user-friendly, functional and valuable to our students than our old site. Both the overall design and the functionality are far superior!
Mark does an excellent job keeping our site content up-to-date. He regularly reminds me to provide any updated information to him to keep the content fresh; the frequent updates to our site are what make it of such great value to our students. They aren’t going to see the same old thing when they go to the site, which is what keeps them coming back for more. It is a great source of information for our students to keep them apprised of all our events, schedules and sales.
Mark is a Black Belt Master at web design! I would recommend Mark to any martial arts school owner who’s looking to take their website to a whole new level!
