RedLine is a sports training facility in San Juan Capistrano, California. Although the staff includes ex-major league baseball players, RedLine trains professional athletes in all sports, including Carson Palmer of the professional NFL football team, the Cincinatti Bengals. RedLine also provides personal training for adults, and for athletes of all ages, including young kids, high schoolers, and college students.

The new RedLine Athletics website is an ongoing project. We will be adding new content steadily, and the owners and trainers at RedLine are excited about their ability to easily made changes and revisions, and to add new postings to their blog without any help! A video player and other features will be added at a later date. Check out the before and after images!
